Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Warm welcome by our Ash Tours representative. Transfer to your hotel in Nairobi for check-in and a brief safari orientation.

 

Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park (approx. 4-hour drive). Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge.  First game drive in Amboseli, with stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop. Spot large herds of elephants, lions, and a variety of plains game.

Evening: Relax at the lodge, enjoying the views of Africa’s tallest mountain.

 

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Wake up to an early morning and enjoy a sunrise game drive, followed by breakfast. Depart for the Great Rift Valley, heading to Lake Naivasha.  Enjoy lunch en-route to Naivasha.

Arrival at Lake Naivasha in the late afternoon and engage in a boat ride to explore the lake and spot hippos, waterbirds, and picturesque landscapes.

In the evening relax and enjoy leisure time at the lodge from the long safari.

 

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrival in the mid-afternoon, check-in at the lodge and enjoy lunch. Embark on an afternoon game drive to spot the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo) and other wildlife.

Experience an evening Sundowner in the bush before heading back to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

 

Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara

Start the day with an early morning breakfast and head out for a full day of safari exploring the vast plains of Masai Mara. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with a picnic lunch in the bush.

Later on in the afternoon, visit a Maasai Village and indulge in the rich culture and heritage of the Maasai people.

Return to camp in the evening for dinner and relax by the campfire or enjoy the lodge’s amenities.

 

Day 6: Masai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast, depart for Nairobi. Arrival in Nairobi and check into a day room for relaxation.

Optional last-minute shopping at Maasai Market.  Transfer to a farewell dinner at a selected Nairobi restaurant.

Retire to bed for an overnight stay.

 

Day 7: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.
