Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi:

Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will be met by one of our representatives. Transfer to your hotel, check in, followed by a short briefing. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

 

Day 2: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Depart from Nairobi in the early morning after breakfast for the world-famous Maasai Mara.  Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Rift Valley on your drive to the Mara.  Arrival in the mid-afternon, check in at camp and settle in time for lunch.

After a short rest, head out for an afternoon game drive to spot lions, elephants, and a maasai village visit to experience the rich culture and heritage of the Maasai people.

Dinner at camp and overnight stay.

 

Day 3: Full Day in Maasai Mara

Start the day with an early morning breakfast and head out for a full day of game drive and picnic in the wilderness.  Explore the park’s diverse wildlife during morning and afternoon game drives with the option for a hot air balloon safari (additional cost).

Return to camp in the late afternoon for rest, relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.

 

Day 4: Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, check out of camp and travel to Lake Nakuru, famous for its pink flamingos and rhino sanctuary. Arrival and check in at hotel in time for lunch.  In the afternoon head out on a game drive to discover the park’s unique ecosystem.

 

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park

Breakfast, and check out of hotel.  Journey to Amboseli, renowned for its large elephant herds and Kilimanjaro backdrop. Arrive by late afternoon check in to hotel and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing.

Dinner and a relaxed evening.

 

Day 6: Full Day in Amboseli:

Breakfast and head out for a full day game drive with a bush picnic lunch.  Later on in the afternoon visit a maasai village to experience their rich culture and heritage.

Return to hotel in time for a relaxed evening and dinner

 

Day 7: Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tsavo West, stopping at Mzima Springs to see crystal-clear pools with hippos and crocodiles. Explore the Shetani Lava Flows and enjoy a relaxed game drive through the park.

Return to camp in the late afternoon for a relaxed evening and dinner.

 

Day 8: Tsavo West to Nairobi

Have an early morning breakfast, check out of hotel and begin the drive back to Nairobi.  Arrival in the late afternoon, check into hotel for rest and relaxation.  Later in the evening, we will host you for a farewell dinner.

 

Day 9: Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a relaxed breakfast before your transfer to the airport.
