Itinerary

Morning: Departure & Arrival

6:30 AM –              Pick-Up & Departure from either Nairobi. Guests are picked up from their designated location and depart for Crescent Island, located on Lake Naivasha, via the scenic Great Rift Valley.

8:00 AM –              Arrival at Naivasha before taking a boat ride onto The Crescent Island.  Upon arrival you will be

Given a quick briefing from the tour guide about the history, wildlife, and activities.

9.00 AM –              Begin an exciting and adventurous guided nature walk where you will walk among freely roaming wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, impalas, and wildebeests.

Bird-watching opportunities with flamingos, pelicans, and cormorants in abundance.

The guide will share insights about the island’s ecology and fascinating trivia.

12:30 PM –            Lakeside Picnic Lunch.  Enjoy a delicious, packed picnic by the shores of Lake Naivasha or at a scenic spot on the island.

1:30 PM –              Departure from Crescent Island / take the boat back to Naivasha.

 

2:00 PM –              Departure for the scenic drive back to Nairobi / Nakuru and drop off at drop off point.
